Today we are going to make a Digital Zoo!
To do this we are each going to make a short movie about a different animal. Then we are going to present it to everyone afterwards! But we are going to want to know some information while we watch our video, so we are going to do some research first. After picking your animal, visit some of these websites to learn more about your animal. And then if you want go back and learn more about others!

Here are some other directories that can link you to information if you want to explore and learn more!

You guys need to pick out three questions to answer so we can learn more about your animal!

Why did you pick this animal?

Where does your animal live in the wild? Its habitat?
What does your animal like to eat?
What kind of animal is your animal? Like is it a mammal, reptile, bird, etc.
What does your animal's outside feel like? Is it furry, scalely, rough?
Is your animal warm blooded or cold blooded?
Does your animal swim, fly, or walk?
What is an interesting fact about your animal?

Answer three or more questions!

OR!

Tell a story! Use the animals clips to tell a story about some interactions you think the animals would have. Remember to use captions and noises to tell your story, not just animal clips!!! Be creative and have fun! Here is an example, go to the movie site, http://animals.nationalgeographic.com/animals/article/filmmaker.html, and type in the code, 270719836!
